As a Staff Software Engineer, you will own the strategy and navigation of complex compliance initiatives, tackling large, ambiguous technical problems to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to align priorities and foster consensus. Additionally, you will elevate engineering standards, influence designs across teams, and provide technical mentorship to fellow engineers. Your role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and enhancing software solutions, managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of software development experience. Candidates must possess 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, with 3 years focused on software design and architecture. Significant experience (2 years) in a people management or team leadership capacity is essential. Proven experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows is a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, along with 8 years of experience in data structures and algorithms.
