Spearhead the architectural design, development, and ongoing enhancement of Agentic context enrichment within the Google Cloud Knowledge Catalog. Drive the strategy and execution of advanced context generation methods, encompassing evaluation and hosting infrastructure. Foster close collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, shape roadmaps, and deliver significant impact. Ensure all developed functionalities strictly adhere to Google Cloud's robust security and privacy standards, enforcing Identity and Access Management (IAM) policies and data governance controls. Tackle the most complex technical challenges, including relevant context generation from structured and unstructured enterprise data, agent memory banks, session management, and privacy controls.

This role necessitates a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in software development. A strong foundation in design and architecture, coupled with 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products, is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree or PhD in a technical field, 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, 3 years in a technical leadership capacity guiding project teams and setting technical direction, and 3 years working within complex, matrixed organizations on cross-functional or cross-business initiatives.
