Conduct in-depth technical assessments of complex project designs, system architectures, and integrations across Corporate Engineering to ensure adherence to architectural standards and strategic blueprints.
Serve as a vital contributor to the Enterprise Architecture Board (EAB) decision-making process, evaluating annual planning initiatives and ad-hoc requests.
Provide expert technical guidance to engineering teams and domain leads, translating architectural visions into practical system designs while proactively identifying potential risks and gaps.
Champion the adoption of the EA Toolkit, approved APIs, reusable design patterns, and standard technologies to facilitate developer velocity and make architecture a strategic accelerator.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside 8 years of dedicated software development experience.
Demonstrated experience of 5 years in testing and launching software products is essential. Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, Go, JavaScript, C#, Objective-C, or Swift is necessary.
Proven experience in designing and implementing distributed systems and APIs is a key requirement. A Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, along with 4 years of technical management or leadership experience, is highly preferred.
