As a Staff Software Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing advanced AI/ML systems and agentic solutions, particularly within the HR domain. You will provide crucial technical leadership, addressing complex challenges and guiding associated teams.

Key responsibilities include influencing the design and construction of scalable agentic systems, and collaborating closely with AI Garage Leads, Product Managers, and AI Strategists. Your role will involve understanding stakeholder needs and translating them into effective technical solutions, while staying abreast of the latest advancements in Agentic and AIML engineering.

We are seeking candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years of software development experience is required, proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript is essential.

Further requirements include 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products. Additionally, 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models is necessary. Preferred qualifications include experience in globally distributed teams and excellent cross-domain communication skills.
