Develop and implement advanced AI/ML systems and agentic solutions, particularly within the HR domain.

Provide essential technical leadership, addressing immediate and complex technical challenges for associated teams.

Influence the design and construction of scalable Agentic systems for HR applications.

Collaborate closely with AI Garage Leads, Product Managers, and AI strategists to grasp needs and deliver effective technical solutions.

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in Agentic and AIML engineering trends.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience, is required.

Possess a minimum of 8 years of software development experience in languages such as Python, C, C++, Java, or JavaScript.

Have 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products.

Demonstrate at least 1 year of experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or model development.

Preferred qualifications include experience collaborating with globally distributed product and engineering teams and excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and business domains. Experience implementing structural execution patterns like ReAct, Tree of Thoughts (ToT), and Plan-and-Solve loops is also highly valued.
