As an engineering technical lead for the AI Garage team, you will be instrumental in developing cutting-edge AI/ML systems and Agentic solutions within the HR domain. You'll drive engineering excellence and provide critical technical leadership for immediate and complex challenges, guiding associated teams.

Your influence will shape the design and construction of scalable Agentic systems in HR. You'll remain at the forefront of Agentic and AI/ML engineering trends. Collaboration with AI Garage Leads and stakeholders is key to understanding needs and translating them into impactful technical solutions.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. A minimum of 8 years in software development using languages like Python, C++, Java, or JavaScript is required.

We seek 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products. Additionally, 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI, Agentic AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI evaluations, training, or models is essential.

Preferred qualifications include experience in globally distributed product and engineering teams, implementing structural execution patterns such as ReAct, ToT, and Plan-and-Solve loops. Excellent communication skills across engineering, product, and business domains are highly valued.
