Design and construct robust, data-driven systems for accounting integration across various countries, entities, and currencies. Drive platform enhancements by re-architecting critical systems for improved scalability, reliability, and internationalization.

Develop AI and ML solutions to boost accuracy, identify anomalies, automate workflows, and reduce manual tasks. Define and implement a long-term architectural vision for Rippling's global accounting platform, balancing innovation with compliance and performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, design, finance, and operations, to deliver integrated and compliant solutions. Champion customer-centric engineering, ensuring technical outcomes drive operational excellence and user value. Mentor engineers, promoting high standards in technical quality and design.

A minimum of 8 years' experience in building and scaling production systems, with proficiency in technologies such as Python, Django, React, MongoDB, and AWS. Demonstrated ability to architect, own, and deliver complex, large-scale projects from inception to completion.

Strong foundation in data modeling, system design, and modern architectural patterns. Experience or a strong interest in applying AI/ML for automation and intelligent data systems is highly valued.
