This Staff Security Engineer role is pivotal in securing our advanced AI execution environment. You will be instrumental in protecting the infrastructure that powers autonomous software creation and ensuring the integrity and security of AI-generated applications and cloud environments.

As a Staff Security Engineer, you will own the security posture across our entire AI-driven ecosystem. This includes:

- Securing AI-generated applications by defining patterns, building secure frameworks, identifying vulnerabilities, and developing validation layers. - Protecting cloud and runtime infrastructure through secure multi-tenant environment design, isolation, and hardening of AWS/GCP. - Conducting end-to-end threat modeling for complex systems, from AI agents to cloud infrastructure. - Building robust security detection and defense mechanisms, including logging, SIEM, and real-time alerting. - Securing CI/CD pipelines and agent workflows to prevent supply-chain attacks and ensure artifact integrity. - Developing foundational security engineering primitives like authentication and authorization frameworks, secure SDKs, and reusable tooling.

We are looking for an experienced security professional with:

- 8-15+ years of hands-on security engineering experience, covering both application/product security and cloud/infrastructure security. - Proficiency in coding and automation, with strong skills in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or backend systems. - A deep understanding of application security fundamentals, including OWASP Top 10, authentication, API security, and injection vulnerabilities. - Extensive experience in cloud and infrastructure security, particularly with AWS/GCP, Kubernetes, IAM, secrets management, and network security. - Proven ability to design and secure systems executing untrusted or user-generated code, and experience in multi-tenant environments. - The capability to collaborate across application, infrastructure, and platform layers, driving security initiatives from architecture to implementation. - Experience securing AI/LLM or agentic systems, including prompt injection and AI-specific threat models, is highly desirable.
