Your work will involve cutting-edge technologies like Gemini (3.0 Pro, 3.0 Flash, V2S), Orbit/Nemo, Sian (1P integrations), Anima, Footprints, and various autoraters. This role requires AI fluency and a readiness to discuss your knowledge of AI tools during the hiring process.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in areas such as speech/audio technology, reinforcement learning, ML infrastructure, or another specialized ML field. You should also possess 5 years of experience leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure, including model deployment, evaluation, data processing, and fine-tuning.
Furthermore, 5 years of experience in testing and launching software products is essential, complemented by 3 years of experience in software design and architecture. Experience integrating generative AI tools or Large Language Model (LLM) interfaces into workflows is also a key requirement. Preferred qualifications include a Master's or PhD in a technical field, 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and experience with agentic frameworks and LLM-powered automation.
