We are seeking experienced engineers who are passionate about building robust, scalable, and high-performing systems. Your expertise will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge solutions that meet business needs.

Key responsibilities include the end-to-end design, coding, testing, and instrumentation of new software solutions. You will be instrumental in developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, leveraging tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. A significant part of this role involves strengthening our engineering practices through TDD, BDD, and by implementing Microservice and Vertical Slice Architectures.

You will analyze existing systems to identify areas for improvement and collaborate closely with Leads on project plans, outcomes, and complex technical advisories. Taking ownership and demonstrating accountability for delivery are core tenets of this position.

We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Essential technical proficiencies include C#, .NET Core, Microservices, modern RDBMS (SQL, PLSQL), ASP.NET RESTful API design, event-driven design with Kafka, and modern web UI frameworks like React. Strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.

Candidates should also possess experience with Azure pipelines and a passion for staying abreast of modern technologies and design patterns. While not strictly required, familiarity with Helm, ArgoCD, GitHub Actions, and GraphQL is a plus, or a willingness to learn these quickly is expected.
