A seasoned Pega professional is sought to join our Product and Platform Engineering team. This role requires a deep understanding of the Pega platform and a proven track record in designing and delivering robust Pega solutions. You will be instrumental in shaping our Pega applications to meet evolving business needs and adhere to enterprise standards.

Design and develop end-to-end Pega solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and enterprise architectural standards. Implement core Pega functionalities including case management, business rules, decisioning engines, and seamless integrations. Conduct thorough performance tuning, code reviews, and optimization efforts to ensure application efficiency. Champion Pega best practices, guardrail compliance, and promote the strategic reuse of components. Integrate Pega applications with external systems using technologies such as REST, SOAP, and Kafka. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, solution architects, and cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle. Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering technical growth and conducting rigorous technical reviews. Provide essential support for production deployments and resolve critical defects promptly. Actively participate in production support activities to maintain application stability and performance.

Possess strong expertise in Pega 7.x / 8.x (Pega Infinity) platforms, with a minimum of 5 years dedicated to Pega development and 6 to 9 years of overall IT experience. Demonstrate a deep understanding of Case Management, Data Modeling, Decision Tables/Trees, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and various Integration techniques (REST, SOAP, APIs). Exhibit significant experience in performance tuning and application debugging. Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines is expected. Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the App Dev Lifecycle through release management, migration, and branching is crucial. A Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is a mandatory requirement. Maintain strong knowledge of Pega guardrails and adherence to best practices. Experience in production support and incident management is highly valued. Proficiency in SQL and Web Services is essential. Exhibit strong analytical and problem-solving skills, alongside excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
