We are seeking a Staff Engineer for our Product and Platform Engineering team, a role requiring 4 to 10 years of software engineering experience across various levels (SD1 to SD4).

This position involves working with cutting-edge technologies and contributing significantly to our product and platform development. We expect candidates to bring a strong understanding of software architecture and best practices to drive innovation and maintain high-quality standards.

Key responsibilities include designing, coding, testing, and instrumenting new solutions. You will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, and champion engineering processes like TDD and BDD. Analyzing existing systems to identify and resolve bottlenecks, advising Leads on complex technical matters, and taking full ownership and accountability for delivery are also integral to this role.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required, though equivalent demonstrable experience will be considered. Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. A passion for staying current with modern technologies and design principles is highly valued.

Must-have technologies include C# & .NET Core, Microservices, strong problem-solving capabilities, and experience with Azure pipelines.
