Seeking a seasoned Staff Engineer to lead product and platform engineering initiatives. This role demands a strong technical background combined with significant leadership experience, focusing on driving team performance and strategic execution.

Lead and manage engineering teams, focusing on people management, including 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching. Translate business strategy into clear engineering priorities and ensure successful execution. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including non-technical audiences, and drive data-driven decisions using delivery metrics. Foster a robust quality assurance culture, promoting coding standards, testing protocols, and continuous improvement. Implement and manage change initiatives, introducing new tools, processes, or methodologies to enhance team productivity and innovation.

Minimum 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity. Proven track record of successful project delivery and experience managing and mentoring engineering teams. Proficiency in .NET / C#, with deep understanding of FDD and Kanban methodologies. Experience with Serverless AWS cloud platforms, SDLC tooling (Jira, Bitbucket, Confluence), and DORA / SPACE metrics. Demonstrated ability in CI/CD pipeline ownership and implementation, along with strong people management skills.
