Championing engineering best practices such as TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures is crucial. Analyze existing systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement and collaborate closely with Leads to discuss plans, share results, and provide expert advice.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered. Exceptional problem-solving capabilities, coupled with strong communication and collaboration skills, are essential.

Candidates should possess a genuine passion for staying abreast of modern technologies and design patterns. A solid understanding of C#, .NET Core, Microservices, SQL/PLSQL, and React is a must.

Familiarity with ASP.NET RESTful API design, Kafka/event-driven design, and modern RDBMS is expected. Experience with Azure pipelines and modern web UI frameworks like React is highly valued. While some technologies are optional, a willingness to learn quickly is key.
