Join our Product and Platform Engineering team as a Staff Engineer, driving the design and delivery of high-scale, cloud-native distributed systems. This role offers the opportunity to leverage deep technical expertise and lead architectural influence. A strong foundation in the Java ecosystem, cloud platforms, and modern software design is essential for success in this position.

Architect, design, and implement scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot. Drive technical roadmaps and platform evolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Champion non-functional requirements such as performance, security, and observability. Define and enforce engineering best practices, including TDD, code reviews, and CI/CD. Advise stakeholders on technical decisions and mentor engineers to foster a culture of excellence.

A minimum of 10 years of progressive software development experience, including technical leadership roles. Deep expertise in Java and the Spring ecosystem is required, alongside proven experience designing distributed systems in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Strong data modeling skills for both relational and NoSQL databases are necessary. Hands-on experience with event-driven systems (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and Service Mesh technologies like Istio is expected. Demonstrated excellence in Test-Driven Development (TDD), CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools is crucial. A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is a prerequisite. A minimum of 3 days per week work from the office is mandatory.
