Join our dynamic Product and Platform Engineering team as a Staff Engineer. This role offers a compelling opportunity to shape the future of our product and platform by leveraging your extensive software engineering expertise. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing robust solutions, contributing to our continuous innovation and growth.

You will be instrumental in the full software development lifecycle, including designing, coding, testing, and instrumenting new solutions. A significant part of your role will involve enhancing our CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions. We encourage a strong emphasis on TDD and BDD, alongside Microservice and Vertical Slice Architectures, to foster best practices.

Additionally, you'll analyze existing systems to pinpoint areas for enhancement and collaborate closely with Leads to discuss strategies, present findings, and offer expert advice on complex technical challenges. Taking ownership and demonstrating accountability for delivery will be paramount in this position.

We are seeking candidates with a solid foundation in software engineering, ideally with 4 to 10 years of experience across various levels from SD1 to SD4. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred, or equivalent practical experience will be considered.

Essential technical proficiencies include C# & .NET Core, Microservices, and strong problem-solving capabilities. Experience with SQL/PLSQL is also a must. Candidates should possess excellent communication and collaboration skills, coupled with a passion for staying abreast of modern technologies and design patterns. Familiarity with Azure Pipelines is required.
