We are seeking a skilled Staff Engineer to join our Product and Platform Engineering team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and a passion for modern technologies. You will play a key part in driving our engineering processes forward and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of new solutions, from design and coding to testing and instrumentation. Developing and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions is a core aspect of this role.

Strengthen our engineering practices by championing TDD, BDD, Microservice, and Vertical Slice Architectures. Analyze existing systems to identify and address bottlenecks, contributing to continuous improvement. You will also collaborate closely with Leads, providing expertise on complex matters and taking ownership of delivery.

A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent practical experience will be considered. Strong problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and collaboration skills, are essential for success in this position.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about staying current with emerging technologies and design patterns. A solid foundation in C# & Dotnet Core, Microservices, and a knack for Problem Solving are critical. Experience with Azure Pipelines is also a must-have.
