Join our Product and Platform Engineering team as a Staff Engineer. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work within the finance domain, leveraging extensive experience in core Java and Java 8 to build scalable applications. You will be instrumental in designing and developing robust solutions using Spring Boot, with a focus on microservices architecture and RESTful APIs.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong understanding of object-oriented principles, design patterns, and concurrency. The ability to create dynamic and responsive front-end applications with Angular is also key. You will contribute to the design of loosely coupled, independently deployable services and ensure optimal application performance through monitoring tools.

Develop and maintain robust, scalable applications using core Java and Java 8, with a strong emphasis on Spring Boot. Design and implement microservices and RESTful APIs to support our platform. Develop dynamic and responsive front-end applications using Angular. Contribute to the architecture of loosely coupled, independently deployable services. Monitor application performance and identify areas for optimization. Lead technical discussions, mentor junior developers, and drive project initiatives. Collaborate effectively within a team-oriented environment to solve complex technical challenges.

A minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience in software engineering. Extensive experience and advanced proficiency in core Java and Java 8. Deep understanding of object-oriented programming concepts, design patterns, and concurrency. Proven expertise in developing microservices and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in Angular for front-end development. Well-versed in microservices architecture principles. Familiarity with performance metrics and monitoring tools. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. A Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Computer Science and Engineering or Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Software Engineering. Experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS is beneficial. Preferred certifications include Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 8 Developer and Spring Professional Certification.
