We are looking for an accomplished Pega professional with extensive IT experience to join our product and platform engineering team. This role focuses on designing, developing, and leading comprehensive Pega solutions that align with business objectives and enterprise standards, ensuring robust and scalable applications.

Key responsibilities include implementing sophisticated Pega features such as case management, business rules, decisioning, and seamless integrations. You will be instrumental in performing performance tuning, conducting thorough code reviews, and optimizing application efficiency. Driving adherence to Pega design best practices, guardrail compliance, and promoting reuse strategies are central to this role. You will also integrate Pega with various external systems using technologies like REST, SOAP, and Kafka, while collaborating effectively with stakeholders and mentoring junior developers.

The ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 6 years in IT, with at least 5 years dedicated to Pega development, and strong expertise in Pega 7.x/8.x (Pega Infinity). A deep understanding of Case Management, Data Modeling, Decision Tables/Trees, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, and Integrations (REST, SOAP, APIs) is essential. Experience in performance tuning, application debugging, DevOps tools, and CI/CD pipelines is required. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, release management, and branching strategies is also necessary. A Pega Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification is a mandatory requirement, alongside a solid grasp of Pega guardrails and best practices.
