As a Staff Frontend Engineer, you will define and lead the frontend architectural vision for complex, large-scale products. This includes designing scalable component systems, UI frameworks, and internal tooling. You will translate product requirements and designs into robust technical architecture, drive performance optimization, accessibility, security, and scalability initiatives, and influence the product roadmap. Additionally, you will build reusable libraries and design systems, mentor senior engineers, and collaborate closely with Product and Design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

We are seeking a candidate with 9-12 years of frontend engineering experience, demonstrating deep expertise in React.js and TypeScript. A strong background in architecting large-scale, distributed frontend systems is essential. Proficiency in modern state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Zustand) and mastery of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, Web APIs, browser internals, and performance tuning are required. Familiarity with build tools (Webpack, Vite), bundling, optimization strategies, UI framework design, and client-side data architecture (REST, GraphQL) is also necessary. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD workflows, along with strong debugging skills for production issues, is expected.
