NVIDIA IT is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst with specialized expertise in the Beeline Vendor Management System (VMS). Based in Bengaluru, India, this role involves collaborating with global business and technology teams to develop and implement solutions for NVIDIA's contingent workforce program. The position demands strong functional knowledge, independent initiative, and the ability to transform intricate business requirements into efficient, scalable system designs.

Key responsibilities include deeply understanding business needs and challenges to propose effective system solutions. You will lead functional design and Beeline configuration, define integration needs, and work with engineering teams for end-to-end delivery. This involves completing projects for new VMS implementations and enhancements, managing day-to-day support requests, and developing standard operating procedures (SOPs). Additionally, you'll mentor project and support teams on industry best practices, collaborate globally on project prioritization, and document user stories with acceptance criteria.

You will also build test scenarios and perform testing and training during the transition process. Designing clear business processes and visual workflows, along with explaining requirements and solutions in accessible language, is crucial. You will manage system changes and enhancements, track ongoing improvements in Jira, and ensure adherence to established SLAs for support requests.

Candidates should possess an MBA or MS degree, or equivalent experience, coupled with a minimum of 8 years of experience focused on VMS or contingent workforce management systems. Essential qualifications include a strong understanding of India's labor laws, statutory compliance, finance, and tax regulations related to contingent workforces, and the ability to translate these into VMS processes. Hands-on implementation experience with Beeline is mandatory; expertise in other VMS platforms like SAP Fieldglass or Workday VNDLY is advantageous.

We require practical experience in building reporting solutions using tools such as Tableau or Power BI. The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative problem-solving skills in complex business environments, excellent communication, negotiation, and collaborator management abilities. Strong social skills and the capacity to mediate disagreements and implement solutions are vital. A proven ability to navigate the technology landscape and collaborate effectively with diverse groups is expected.
