As part of Global Delivery Services, you will contribute to EY's growth agenda by providing exceptional client service and enabling account teams worldwide. The team is a global network of service delivery centers focused on Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support.

Provide expert solution architecture and thought leadership for Zero Touch Fulfilment and Autonomous Networks, utilizing Nokia FlowOne and other Nokia OSS products. Lead solution implementations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards, while driving presales responses for OSS transformation RFIs/RFPs.

Develop comprehensive documentation for network architectures, designs, and processes. Stay abreast of advancements in Autonomous Networks, AI, and Machine Learning, applying leading AI tools for deliveries. You will act as the primary client contact, structuring teams to deliver high-quality outputs, identifying client issues, and proposing effective solutions.

Contribute to business development by acquiring new clients and engagements through strong client relationships. Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior clients, driving strategic discussions on business objectives and KPIs. Deliver qualified solutions that meet business objectives, ensuring scope and objectives are maintained throughout project lifecycles for successful benefit realization.

Seeking a Consultant with 10-12 years of proven, hands-on professional experience in Nokia FlowOne, with at least 5 years in an Architect/Designer role, leading large programs. A solid understanding of 5G Slicing, 5G SA/NSA networks, IP/MPLS, Optics, IMS, VoLTE, NFV/SDN, and Fixed networks is essential.

Possess in-depth knowledge of TMForum’s Open Digital Architecture (ODA) and its components, along with TMForum Open APIs. Deep expertise in OSS Architecture, Processes, and Systems, with practical experience in solutioning for major telecom companies, is required. Experience architecting Zero-Touch operations, Closed Loop Automation, Autonomous Networks, and Intent-Driven Management systems is crucial.

Demonstrated experience in building comprehensive solutions and responding to complex RFx during presales, especially using Nokia’s OSS product suite. Additional experience with other Nokia OSS products is beneficial. Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, Python, Kubernetes, Microservices, and Databases is expected. Expertise in providing thought leadership and guidance on resolving complex implementation and solution issues is key.

Navigate complex client relationships and large transformation challenges, with extensive RFP exposure. Develop process documentation for both 'As Is' and 'To Be' states to aid requirement and solution definition. A bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline is required. Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, eTOM, ODA) are a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are vital for collaborative teamwork.
