You will play a pivotal role in managed services, production operations, and client-facing engagements, working collaboratively with business, IT, finance, and operations teams.

As a Telecom Billing Domain Specialist, you will investigate and resolve production billing issues, conduct root-cause analysis, and drive improvements in billing accuracy and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities include leading stakeholder workshops, translating business requirements into functional designs and user stories, and supporting billing transformation initiatives. You will define and review migration requirements, oversee data mapping and cleansing, and support all phases of testing and post-migration validation to ensure billing completeness and accuracy.

We are seeking professionals with 4-8 years of techno-functional, hands-on experience in telecom BSS billing and revenue management. Proficiency with major billing platforms such as Aria Billing Cloud, Ericsson Billing, or Netcracker Revenue Management is essential, with Aria Billing experience being a significant advantage. Strong technical skills in Java, XML, SQL, APIs, and data analysis tools are required. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is necessary. The role also requires an understanding of the full telecom billing lifecycle and a willingness to work in shifts.
