This role focuses on building and optimizing scalable customer engagement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Develop and maintain robust marketing automation solutions with SQL, AMPscript, SSJS, and various Marketing Cloud tools. Manage integrations with Salesforce CRM and external systems via APIs. Ensure data integrity, subscriber management, and adherence to global privacy and security standards, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, GDPR, CCPA, and CAN-SPAM.

Requires 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with at least 2 years of hands-on implementation. Essential skills include expertise in platform capabilities, integrations, Pardot, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Must hold Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist and Developer certifications. Experience with Marketing Cloud Consultant or Data Cloud Consultant certifications is a plus.
