Key responsibilities include the creation, modification, and revision of SRM IDs (IPC) for various Airbus programs (A319, A320, A321, A330, A340, A350, and A380). This involves demonstrating a strong understanding of Airbus standards, tools, and processes. You will also conduct impact analyses to ensure content meets change requests, and perform root cause analysis for rejections while implementing preventive actions. Additionally, you will develop content for knowledge and training sessions and review work orders completed by junior team members.

This role requires hands-on experience with Airbus-specific tools such as SAP PCS module, SRM 3D Ident, Zamiz, Airbus Supply, Airnav, APS, PASS SSI, and VPM. Candidates should possess the ability to guide junior authors and illustrators, and train newcomers on both technical competence and process adherence. Familiarity with Airbus standards, tools, and processes is essential. An aptitude for conducting impact analyses and root cause analyses for rejections is also required.
