As a SRE Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for the overall reliability and operational excellence of production applications. This includes providing L2/L3 support, triaging and resolving incidents, and managing applications deployed on Kubernetes. You will implement and maintain robust monitoring solutions using tools like Datadog or Prometheus, define and track key service-level indicators (SLIs/SLOs), and troubleshoot complex issues across Java applications, Kubernetes, and databases. You will also drive continuous improvement through automation, root cause analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 5 years of IT experience, specifically in SRE, Production Support, or DevOps roles. Essential skills include strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes, containerized applications, and observability platforms such as Datadog or Prometheus. Proven experience supporting Java/J2EE applications in production, coupled with strong SQL skills for database troubleshooting, is required. The ability to manage P1/P2 incidents, understand microservices and distributed systems, and work effectively in Linux/Unix environments are also key. Familiarity with CI/CD practices and excellent analytical troubleshooting abilities are crucial for success in this role.
