Join our Cloud Native Platform Team as a Program Manager for Site Reliability Engineering. This role is crucial for steering the daily operations of the SRE team, ensuring our services meet organizational goals for reliability, scalability, and operational excellence. You'll leverage your technical background in SRE and strong program management skills to lead initiatives, refine processes, and deliver significant value to the business and operations.

- Drive the implementation of SRE best practices, including error budgets, SLIs/SLOs, and automation to reduce manual effort. - Guarantee adherence to security, privacy, and regulatory standards across all reliability efforts. - Define clear objectives, scope, and success metrics for reliability initiatives. - Develop and manage quarterly roadmaps for SRE projects in close partnership with platform engineering teams. - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage dependencies using tools like JIRA and Confluence. - Foster transparent communication and alignment between SRE, development, and leadership teams.

- Possess prior hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps roles. - Demonstrate a deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, including Kubernetes, microservices, and distributed systems. - Hold a minimum of 5 years of experience in program or technical project management. - Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives within dynamic, fast-paced environments. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence. - Experience presenting technical and operational metrics effectively to executive leadership. - Exhibit strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities. - Certifications like PMP, SAFe, or SRE Foundation are advantageous, with SAFe being preferred.
