As an SRE Production Support specialist, your primary focus will be on ensuring the reliability and performance of our production systems. You will be involved in monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving complex technical issues within our cloud and application environments.

Key responsibilities include leveraging your expertise in tools such as OpenShift Cloud, Tomcat, Python, and Splunk. You will also contribute to the implementation and maintenance of observability solutions using Open Telemetry and ensure the robustness of our basic networking configurations. Your work will be crucial in maintaining high availability and operational excellence.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in SRE Production Support, coupled with hands-on experience in OpenShift Cloud, Tomcat, Python, and Splunk. Familiarity with Open Telemetry and a solid understanding of Basic Networking principles are essential for this role.

Additionally, experience with AppDynamics, various DevOps tools, and Shell scripting would be highly beneficial. While not strictly required, these secondary skills can significantly enhance your contribution to the team and the projects you'll be involved in.
