Join our team as a Senior Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) focusing on Observability. This permanent role is based in Bangalore, offering a hybrid work model. We are seeking experienced professionals with a robust background in SRE, DevOps, and ensuring system observability.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of IT experience, with a significant portion dedicated to reliability engineering and cloud-native practices. You will play a key role in enhancing system resilience and performance.

Design, implement, and maintain robust observability frameworks utilizing tools like Azure Monitor, Prometheus, and OpenTelemetry.

Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines for efficient application deployments and infrastructure automation.

Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve the reliability of Kubernetes-based applications and data pipelines in production.

Define and implement SLOs, SLIs, and error budgets to drive platform reliability and performance improvements.

Establish and manage Synthetic Monitoring solutions for critical business applications.

Guide and mentor technical teams on SRE principles and operational excellence.

Possess 8+ years of overall IT experience with a strong focus on Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, and Observability.

Demonstrate 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure Cloud services, including Azure Monitor, Traffic Manager, and related monitoring tools.

Have 5+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and auditing CI/CD pipelines.

Showcase 3+ years of experience building observability frameworks with tools such as Prometheus, OpenTelemetry, and OpenSearch.

Exhibit strong experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Kubernetes environments.

Familiarity with Resiliency Engineering, Incident Management, and Problem Management best practices is essential.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
