This role involves making architectural and design decisions to ensure scalability and maintainability, mentoring junior team members, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.

Proactively identify technical risks and propose improvements to the codebase or processes. You will be accountable for delivering tasks to agreed standards, adhering to development guidelines, and contributing innovative ideas. The position also requires troubleshooting complex incidents and staying updated on emerging technologies in software engineering.

We require strong development skills in Java 11 or above, coupled with a solid understanding of Data Structures, Algorithms, and problem-solving. Hands-on experience with Spring and Spring Boot is essential. Familiarity with logging frameworks, JUnit test cases using Mockito/Powermock, OOPS concepts, Design Principles, and various Design Patterns is expected.

Sound knowledge of Exception Handling, Serialization/Deserialization, Immutability, Enums, Collections, Annotations, Generics, Autoboxing, and Java Memory Management is necessary. Experience with RDBMS or NoSQL databases, writing SQL queries, and creating/consuming RESTful web services is crucial.
