Lead the design of advanced search experiences, integrating traditional search, conversational interfaces, and agentic AI capabilities. You will be responsible for crafting end-to-end user journeys, from initial query input to the presentation of complex AI-generated results and data.

Key duties include designing interaction models for AI agents, ensuring transparency and user control. You will also develop conversational search patterns, manage complex UI states, and build robust, reusable design components.

Collaboration is central to this role, partnering with product managers, engineers, and research teams to ensure designs are feasible, accessible, and performant across web and mobile platforms. You will also contribute to design systems and advocate for best practices in accessibility and inclusive design.

A graduate degree or equivalent experience is required, coupled with a minimum of six years in UX, product, or interaction design, with a strong focus on search, conversational, or AI-driven experiences.

Demonstrated expertise in designing for complex data display within search results and AI outputs, contributing to design systems, and partnering with engineering teams on interface integration is essential.

Proficiency in Figma, including advanced features like components, variables, and Dev Mode handoff, is a must. A solid portfolio showcasing search interface work and a deep understanding of accessibility and inclusive design practices are also critical for success in this role.
