Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include architecting, designing interfaces, and creating schematics for ultrasound systems. You will collaborate with product management and R&D to develop the product pipeline and new product concepts tailored for the China market. Delivering technical solutions, including in-house innovations and third-party collaborations, to meet specific China requirements is essential. This role involves serving as a technical expert in China NPI projects and mentoring the US China innovation and localization team to foster technical excellence and career growth.

Qualifications

A Master's degree or higher in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field is required, with a PhD being preferred. A minimum of 10 years of experience in ultrasound research and development is necessary, along with a proven track record of successful contributions to China ultrasound NPI launches. Specialized expertise in one or more critical ultrasound fields, such as IQ, ATD features, or probes, is crucial. Understanding of the China ultrasound technology landscape, including competitors and AI trends, is important. Candidates should demonstrate the ability to generate innovative ideas, present information effectively, synthesize information across disciplines, and possess knowledge of NPI, manufacturing, and RAQA processes, alongside strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
