As the TPM for Promotion Central consolidation, you will guide the entire program strategy for migrating and unifying diverse promotion management tools into a cohesive and streamlined experience. This involves close collaboration with numerous engineering, product, and business stakeholders to shape the roadmap, manage interdependencies, and achieve large-scale results.
- Chart and own the multi-year roadmap for consolidating all promotion management tools into Promotion Central, encompassing scoping, planning, execution, and delivery. - Foster alignment across partner engineering teams and senior leadership regarding priorities, timelines, and necessary trade-offs. - Collaborate with client teams utilizing APIs and tools to synchronize roadmaps for consolidation efforts. - Establish success metrics for the consolidation program, such as tool adoption rates, reduction in redundant workflows, and seller satisfaction, ensuring teams are accountable for outcomes. - Identify inefficiencies in current promotion management workflows and implement improvements to decrease operational burdens for both internal teams and Selling Partners. - Prepare and present regular program updates to senior leadership, utilizing written narratives, roadmap reviews, and effective escalation management.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience working directly with engineering teams. - Over 5 years of experience in technical product or program management. - At least 3 years of software development experience. - A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
