Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test scripts for both UI and API testing. Create and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and scripts aligned with business requirements. Build and enhance reusable automation frameworks following industry best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Developers, to translate requirements into effective test scenarios. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to automation, environments, and test execution. Review automation scripts and results to ensure adherence to quality standards. Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve requirement analysis, test design, and automation development. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Document defects, test results, and project status updates clearly. Drive continuous improvements in automation practices and overall software quality. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Demonstrate ownership, professionalism, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software.

Possess 3-5 years of comprehensive experience within the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). Demonstrate strong hands-on experience with Playwright and Cypress for UI automation. Showcase solid expertise in API testing and automation using Playwright API, Karate, Rest Assured, Postman, or similar frameworks. Proven experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and reusable automation frameworks. Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript is essential; Java experience is required, and Python is a plus. Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and coding best practices. Expertise in automation frameworks such as Cucumber, JUnit, or TestNG. Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend service testing. Familiarity with Git-based version control systems (GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket). Good understanding of STLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and DevOps practices. Knowledge of AI-assisted software testing and its application in improving QA productivity. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.
