Join the Value Added Services Tech (VASTech) team, focused on enhancing the Heavy Bulky and High Consideration Technical Product categories. VASTech provides crucial pre and post-purchase services across 12 marketplaces, supporting both B2C and B2B customers. We're developing an innovative ecosystem for service providers to offer their services, seamlessly integrated with products and regions. Our goal is to create an end-to-end, hassle-free customer experience, setting industry benchmarks for service standards, satisfaction, safety, and flexibility.

This role is for a seasoned, customer-centric Technical Program Manager who excels at collaborating with technical teams. You will take ownership of key aspects of the software customer experience for a new consumer service. Your responsibilities will include defining and driving the development of new features, alongside optimizing existing services.

This is a dynamic, cross-functional position. You'll partner closely with talented software engineers, product managers, UX designers, marketers, customer service leads, and internal/external product stakeholders across the organization. The ideal candidate is creative, technical, and adept at navigating diverse stakeholder perspectives to resolve differences.

Lead the definition and development of new features for consumer services.

Drive critical optimizations for existing services.

Collaborate effectively with software engineers, product managers, UX designers, and marketing teams.

Engage with customer service leads and internal/external product stakeholders.

Manage programs across cross-functional teams, build robust processes, and coordinate release schedules.

Define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to guide multi-million dollar businesses.

Report on business performance to senior leadership.

Minimum of 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams.

Over 5 years in technical product or program management.

At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Significant experience (5+ years) in technical program management, directly collaborating with software engineering teams.

Demonstrated ability to manage programs across diverse functional teams, establish effective processes, and coordinate release timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field is required.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years in project management disciplines, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs for large-scale businesses and reporting to senior management is highly valued.
