As a Single Threaded Owner (STO), you will spearhead scalable solution development across multiple engineering teams. You'll meticulously drive project schedules from conception through to release, manage critical stakeholder relationships, and oversee the production launch of major cross-organizational programs.
Your role involves direct customer engagement to clarify requirements, proactively identify potential bottlenecks and risks, and expertly navigate trade-offs. You will be responsible for escalation management, ensuring a balance between business objectives and technical limitations.

A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management is required. You should also have at least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams and 3 years of software development experience.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in technical program management specifically collaborating with software engineering teams. Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing robust processes, and coordinating complex release schedules is essential.
Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Experience in defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is highly advantageous.
