Develop and implement robust processes for cross-functional team coordination, release scheduling, and risk management.

Ensure high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the software development lifecycle.

Contribute to the strategic business and product roadmap, guiding a high-performing and high-velocity team.

A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management is essential.

Possess at least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.

Over 3 years of dedicated software development experience is required.

Significant experience, 5+ years, in technical program management directly engaging with software engineering teams is crucial.

Demonstrated experience in managing programs across various cross-functional teams, establishing efficient processes, and coordinating release schedules is a must.
