As part of the PRISM (Central TPM) organization within Amazon Delivery, you will own the comprehensive program strategy for last mile delivery. This involves fostering cross-functional alignment among business, product, and engineering teams to successfully launch and scale programs that significantly improve delivery metrics. You will collaborate with senior leaders across various organizations to set priorities, resolve impediments, and achieve tangible results.

Serve as the lead for complex, cross-VP organizational programs, driving them from conception to completion. Identify and define critical business and technical requirements in collaboration with science, operations, product, and engineering teams, translating them into detailed specifications, scoped deliverables, and program roadmaps. Guide design and implementation efforts across diverse cross-functional teams, making strategic trade-offs to accelerate time-to-market.

Maintain clear and consistent stakeholder communication throughout the product lifecycle, effectively articulating program goals, individual roles, and desired outcomes. Champion high-level strategic initiatives while demonstrating a hands-on approach to ensuring successful execution and delivery. Engage in strategic reviews, resolve cross-functional dependencies, and make crucial trade-off decisions to maintain program momentum.

This role demands a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience in technical product or program management. A strong foundation in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management (4+ years), is essential. Significant experience (3+ years) in technical program management, working directly with software engineering teams, is required. You should have proven experience managing programs across diverse cross-functional teams, establishing effective processes, and coordinating release schedules. The ability to build and evaluate system-level technical designs is also a key requirement. A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is necessary. Experience developing and executing product and technical roadmaps, defining KPIs/SLAs for large-scale businesses, and reporting to senior leadership is highly desirable.
