We require a minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management, with at least 7 years of direct collaboration with engineering teams. A background of 3+ years in software development is also necessary. Additionally, 5 years of experience in technical program management, specifically working with software engineering teams, is essential. Experience managing programs across diverse functional teams, establishing robust processes, and coordinating release schedules is a key requirement.
Preferred qualifications include 5 years of experience in project management disciplines, encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Experience in managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is highly valued. Furthermore, experience defining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is a significant advantage.
