Lead and deliver complex, cross-functional technical programs critical to Amazon's selection discovery and extraction initiatives. This role operates at the intersection of multiple engineering teams, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of large-scale programs.
You will work with systems leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) for information extraction and intelligent automation. A key objective is reducing Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) dependencies to enable fully autonomous, scalable operations.
Drive end-to-end delivery of technical projects across multiple engineering teams, ensuring goal alignment and dependency management. Coordinate efforts across internal and external stakeholders, resolving blockers and driving organizational alignment.
Engage deeply with large-scale information extraction and data processing systems, including GenAI/LLM-based models, to understand technical constraints and drive informed decisions. Focus on programs that reduce HITL interventions through GenAI/LLM capabilities, enabling scalable operations.
Lead selection discovery and extraction workstreams, including web crawling and product data extraction. Own the delivery of the product data discovery and extraction pipeline for World Product Catalog (WPC).
Coordinate the development and deployment of LLM-powered solutions for autonomous web navigation and intelligent content extraction. Communicate program status, risks, and milestones to senior leadership and stakeholders.
Establish program mechanisms for predictable delivery and early issue identification. Identify opportunities to enhance program efficiency through tooling, AI automation, and process optimization.
A Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field is required.
Minimum of 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams. This includes over 5 years in technical product or program management roles, specifically with software engineering teams.
Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules. Familiarity with project management disciplines such as scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management is preferred. Experience defining KPIs/SLAs and reporting to senior leadership is also advantageous.
