Lead the end-to-end delivery of technical programs, focusing on ML/AI development, data pipeline architecture, and science-driven solutions for retail challenges like catalog enrichment and defect root-cause analysis.
Collaborate across retail organizations to identify customer issues, devise technical strategies, and achieve measurable improvements with Selection, Supply Chain, Category, and Marketplace teams.
Act as the technical bridge between Applied Science, Data Engineering, and Business teams, converting business needs into technical specifications and ensuring production-ready models.
Spearhead architecture and system design discussions, evaluating trade-offs to ensure scalable, reliable, and cost-efficient solutions for large-scale retail operations.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and competing priorities, driving alignment with executive leadership and implementing effective risk mitigation strategies.
A minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management is required.
Possess at least 7 years of experience working directly with engineering teams.
Have a minimum of 3 years in software development experience.
Demonstrate 5+ years of technical program management experience, specifically working with software engineering teams.
Proven experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.
Experience in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition is essential.
