We are seeking an innovative and customer-obsessed Senior Technical Program Manager to lead critical programs and features across Amazon's worldwide shopping ecosystem. You will be instrumental in building state-of-the-art frameworks, developing highly scalable distributed services, and enhancing the rendering of next-generation buying experience pages on customer devices.

Drive critical programs and features that span Amazon's global shopping ecosystem, ensuring high-quality customer and developer experiences.

Build and serve state-of-the-art frameworks, developing distributed services with high concurrency, low latency, and massive scalability.

Improve the rendering of next-generation buying experience pages across customer phones and computers.

Identify and secure commitment from internal and external teams to achieve shared objectives. Serve as a thought leader for technical design and drive consensus on technical approaches.

Set milestones and lead cross-functional teams from the design phase through to delivery.

A minimum of 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams.

Over 5 years in technical product or program management, complemented by 3+ years in software development.

Extensive experience in technical program management, collaborating directly with software engineering teams for over 5 years.

Demonstrated ability to manage programs across cross-functional teams, establish robust processes, and coordinate release schedules.

Preferred candidates will have 5+ years of experience in project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management. Experience defining KPIs and SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership is also highly valued.
