We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our expanding team. This role demands strong influence across diverse teams, business units, and senior leadership. A deep understanding of customer needs and a visionary approach to creating seamless, delightful purchase experiences are essential. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, eager to learn, excels at translating complex technical concepts into actionable solutions, leads cross-functional teams in delivering impactful prototypes, and maintains clear stakeholder communication through structured reporting.

Drive the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from ideation through launch, including post-launch tracking of adoption and business metrics. Collaborate with stakeholders to pinpoint customer pain points and shape the product and delivery roadmap accordingly. Continuously improve delivery processes by inspecting and adapting to enhance quality and speed. Share knowledge and best practices within and across teams. A key focus will be driving technical programs related to invoicing, billing, and payment collection for Amazon Shipping's logistics services.

A minimum of 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams is required. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in technical product or program management and 3+ years in software development are necessary. You must also have 5+ years of technical program management experience specifically with software engineering teams. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules is crucial. Owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition is also a key requirement.

Preferred qualifications include 5+ years of project management experience encompassing scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management. Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes, and coordinating release schedules is beneficial. The ability to define KPIs/SLAs for multi-million dollar businesses and report to senior leadership is highly valued. Prior experience in FinTech, particularly with UPI, digital wallets, cards, and driving programs involving billing and payment flows, including interfaces with accounting and tax systems, is highly desired.
