Take ownership of core business processes and leadership frameworks for critical projects, coordinating task execution and delivery.

Champion team growth by sharing best practices in mechanism development and actively participating in recruitment efforts.

A proven track record of 5+ years in technical program or product management.

Extensive experience, 7+ years, working directly with engineering teams.

A minimum of 3 years in software development.

Demonstrated experience in managing complex programs across multiple functions and establishing efficient processes and release schedules.

Experience with project management principles, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management, is highly valued.
