Lead high-impact technical programs and drive critical expansion efforts within Amazon's Seller Fees Tech organization. This role is instrumental in shaping the 3P Stores business for millions of sellers globally, managing the complex financial ecosystem that underpins Amazon's marketplace.

As a TPM III on our Expansions team, you will spearhead end-to-end execution of complex technical initiatives, coordinating across multiple engineering teams, business units, and stakeholders. You'll also champion the adoption of GenAI technologies to enhance team efficiency and delivery capabilities, ensuring our solutions scale effectively across Amazon's growing global marketplace.

Drive complex, cross-team programs from initiation to completion, developing detailed program plans with clear milestones and dependencies.

Proactively identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful program delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Foster effective stakeholder management, clear communication, and disciplined issue resolution to maintain program momentum.

Define and track key program success metrics aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

Partner with engineering leaders to define scalable and performant technical approaches.

Lead the integration of GenAI technologies to boost development efficiency and code quality.

Facilitate technical design reviews and drive consensus on implementation strategies.

Build strong relationships across engineering, product, operations, and business teams.

Communicate program status, risks, and achievements effectively to senior leadership.

A minimum of 5 years in technical program or product management is required.

Proven experience of at least 7 years working directly with engineering teams.

At least 3 years of hands-on software development experience.

Demonstrated experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules.

Experience with GenAI technologies and tools is a plus.

A Bachelor's Degree is required for this position.
