As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs that significantly impact business goals and customer experience. You will own the end-to-end delivery of critical programs, shaping strategy and roadmaps while managing initiatives across multiple organizations. This role requires deep technical understanding, exceptional program management skills, and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on architecture and technology strategy. You will also gather requirements, document specifications, identify resources, and proactively manage risks. Effective stakeholder management across technology, compliance, legal, and security teams is crucial, requiring clear communication of goals and desired outcomes at all levels. Champion innovation, continuous improvement, and best practices, making informed trade-offs to optimize timelines and deliverables.

We are seeking candidates with a minimum of 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams, complemented by over 5 years in technical product or program management. A background of at least 3 years in software development is essential, along with extensive experience (5+ years) managing technical programs directly with software engineering teams. Proven ability in managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules is a key requirement. Experience in defining KPIs/SLAs for large businesses and reporting to senior leadership is preferred, as is a solid understanding of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management.
