This high-visibility role sits at the nexus of fintech innovation, large-scale distributed systems, and regulatory adherence. You will be instrumental in defining and driving Amazon's next-generation lending platform, aiming to deliver seamless credit experiences to millions of customers across Latin America.

Responsibilities

Lead the complete execution of in-house lending programs across LATAM markets, ensuring cross-functional alignment among engineering, product, finance, tax, compliance, legal, and external partners.

Define program strategies, detailed execution plans, key milestones, and robust risk mitigation mechanisms. You will also establish operational readiness and drive the launch of critical customer-facing experiences.
