We seek a versatile Technical Program Manager to lead intricate, cross-functional programs from inception to successful launch. This position requires partnering with engineering, product management, and external stakeholders to define scope, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality integrations.

Own the end-to-end delivery of integration programs, defining scope, goals, and success metrics. Develop program roadmaps and ensure alignment across engineering, product, and partner teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with software engineers, product managers, and external partners to translate business requirements into precise technical specifications. Analyze system architecture, identify potential risks, and contribute to decisions regarding APIs, security, and scalability.

Proactively manage inter-team dependencies, project timelines, and risks. Conduct regular status meetings and business reviews, track open issues, and escalate blockers with clear recommendations for resolution.

Define and monitor key metrics such as partner onboarding efficiency, adoption rates, error rates, and system reliability to drive continuous improvement. Ensure operational readiness for all launches, including comprehensive runbooks, monitoring, and support handoffs.

Possess a minimum of 5 years in technical product or program management, coupled with over 7 years of direct experience working with engineering teams. You should have at least 3 years of software development experience.

Demonstrate extensive experience (5+ years) in technical program management, specifically collaborating with software engineering teams. Proven ability to manage complex programs across diverse, cross-functional teams, establish robust processes, and coordinate release schedules is essential.

Experience with project management disciplines, including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk, and critical path management is highly valued. The ability to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) that influence significant business outcomes and report effectively to senior leadership is a significant advantage.
