You will act as the primary liaison between business development, technology, product, tax, accounting, legal, and finance teams to deliver enterprise services at scale. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring our partners are billed accurately and on time, directly accelerating business growth.

Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to optimize current manual processes through automation, conceptualizing programs to scale billing operations, and collaborating across departments to manage delivery, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance. You will also establish key metrics and design reports to keep stakeholders informed of the billing team's progress.

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented leader who excels at making data-driven decisions and building stakeholder trust. A strong background in managing large-scale technical programs is essential.

Basic qualifications include at least 7 years of experience working with engineering teams, 5+ years in technical product or program management, 3+ years in software development, and extensive experience managing cross-functional programs, building processes, and coordinating release schedules. Proven ability to own and drive roadmap strategy is also required.
