Collaborate across departments to ensure timely delivery, mitigate risks, resolve impediments, maintain compliance, and facilitate operationalization. Establish key metrics and develop self-serve reports to keep stakeholders informed and engaged with the billing team's progress.

We seek an experienced Senior Program Manager with a proven ability to drive cross-organizational initiatives within a technology setting. A strong background in managing large-scale fintech programs is highly desirable. Key qualifications include 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams, 5+ years in technical product or program management, and 3+ years in software development. Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, establishing processes, and coordinating release schedules is essential.
